We discover the green, turquoise and red areas

Embark on an immersive full-day journey to uncover the very essence of Budapest. We’ll begin at Heroes’ Square, where, amidst the statues of kings and patriots, I’ll proudly narrate the 1,000-year saga of Hungary’s founding. You’ll learn how we defended Europe from the Ottoman Empire, and explore the complex history of territorial losses that shaped our nation.

Next, we’ll explore Vajdahunyad Castle, a remarkable architectural complex that evolved from a temporary paper and cardboard exhibition into a lasting masterpiece. We’ll then experience the historic Continental Europe’s first underground metro, originally horse-drawn and now electric, as we journey into the city center.

The morning will be dedicated to Pest, where we’ll discover hidden miniature statues and grand historical landmarks, including the awe-inspiring Basilica and the breathtaking Parliament. Due to the limited space, I can’t reveal all the hidden gems and stories we’ll uncover, but rest assured, you will be fascinated.

This full-day experience is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of Budapest’s past and present. We’ll engage in discussions encompassing history, gastronomy, political insights, and everyday life. Your questions are always welcome, and the itinerary can be tailored to your interests.
